Permit Expediting
Application completing, upload all pertinent documents, and follow up with permitting and zoning throughout the permitting process. We will be there from start of application, approval of permit to the final Certificate of Occupancy. We are with you all the way! $1500
Construction Consulting
Our small family owned business has over 30 years experience with the permitting, construction, and building process in over 3 states and several counties. We pride ourselves in the “friends and family” approach taking your project as seriously as we take our own. We can help from permitting to overseeing your contractors making sure they sustain a timely and orderly project to get your home complete. A consulting and document preparation service. We are owner builders for the last 30 years. Our most recent projects are here in Lee County rebuilding our lives and our parents lives after hurricane Ian. We help other owner-builders navigate the permitting process in Lee County and the town of Fort Meyers Beach, Florida. We also oversee contractors helping avoid costly mistakes before they happen. Services include application preparation, document submission, inspection scheduling, and guidance on county requirements. Our full service project consulting allows owners continuity from start to finish, getting your new home complete in a timely and cost effective way.
